Official Synopsis
Spanning nearly forty years, this sweeping historical epic follows L谩szl贸 T贸th, a visionary Hungarian-born Jewish architect who survives the Holocaust and immigrates to the United States in 1947. Initially forced to endure poverty and hard labor, L谩szl贸's fortunes change dramatically when he is commissioned by a wealthy, highly eccentric industrialist, Harrison Lee Van Buren, to build a monumental modernist community center.
